I usually forget to stick with stuff like this but since it’s only 10 minutes and it turns off automatically I’ve actually been consistent. I just sit on my phone for a bit until it turns off I like that its easy.

I’ve been using nasal sprays for years pretty much every day especially at night. It got to the point where if I didn’t use it I couldn’t breathe at all. I got this last friday hoping it would help me cut back and after about a week I noticed I didn't have to use as much spray. I'm not completely off it but hopefully after a month or more it'll be just this!
